Capitique collaborates with various businesses and the principals of its partner companies, all of whom—along with downstream supply chain partners—are held to the same high standards and commitments regarding modern slavery as Capitique itself.
Training
All new members receive training on this policy. Additional training is provided as needed. The group's zero-tolerance stance on modern slavery is communicated to suppliers and business partners whenever appropriate.
Due Diligence and ongoing monitoring of new partnerships
In order to identify and minimise the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking for the company and its supply chain, the company has adopted due diligence processes to take proactive action in the event of any suspected cases of modern slavery or breaches.
These are as follows:
A. To undertake risk assessments of suppliers and to identify red flags in respect to this
B. To undertake appropriate levels of due diligence in preparation for agreeing new business partner relationships.
C. To undertake where possible the origin of the goods and services supplied through the supply chains, in particular to the geographic origins to assess the risk level.
D. if deemed necessary to undertake appropriate audits of the suppliers to observe unusual changes that align to the aforementioned.
Risk and Compliance
Any cases of modern slavery or breaches of the Act discovered, Capitique Ltd will terminate the relationship with the third-party partners.
